One set of metrics across several businesses
Consolidated ERP data from several companies into one warehouse, with shared metric definitions and four-tier row-level security.
The problem
Several portfolio businesses ran their own ERP systems, so there was no single, comparable view of their numbers, and each user had to see only the data they were entitled to.
What I built
I consolidated ERP data from the portfolio companies into one Snowflake warehouse with Airflow and dbt pipelines, defined shared metrics across the businesses, and designed a four-tier row-level security model for Power BI. I also led the data team doing the work.
